To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Business Systems Analyst role involves becoming the go-to expert for the cloud platforms that power how our internal stakeholders plan, collaborate, and deliver work. You will own the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of three core platform ecosystems — helping our teams get the most out of the tools they rely on every day.
This is a role for a systems thinker who is energized by solving real business problems, building strong relationships with internal partners, and translating complex needs into practical, well-configured solutions.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and configure solutions — new processes, workgroups, and workflows — across our cloud platforms.
- Serve as system administrator for Planview Enterprise, Project place, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), and Smartsheet, ensuring platforms are stable, secure, and performing at their best.
- Troubleshoot issues and investigate system behaviors, delivering timely resolutions that keep our stakeholders productive.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate releases to production for platform changes and enhancements.
- Design analytics and report solutions that surface meaningful insights from platform data to support decision-making.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 5–7 years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, or platform administration role, with strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new cloud platforms — hands-on experience with any of our core tools (Planview, Atlassian suite, or Smartsheet) is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.
- Comfortable working with data — using SQL or query tools to extract, analyze, and interpret information from enterprise systems.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills — this role requires clear, confident engagement with global internal stakeholders.
