הניסיון שאנחנו מבקשים:

• השכלה אקדמאית.
• ניסיון כקניין.ית רכש טכני/מכניקה, הכרת תהליכי ייצור, ניסיון בניהול מו"מ עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל והכרת שוק הרכיבים בתחום זה.
• הבנה טובה והכרת עם רכיבי אלקטרוניקה ידע בקריאה של דפי נתונים.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור) שליטה טובה באקסל, עדיפות לניסיון עם מערכות ERP.
• אסרטיביות, יכולת ניהול מו"מ, עבודת צוות, ראייה מערכתית, יחסי אנוש מצוינים.
• דקדקנות ויסודיות, יחסי אנוש מצוינים, נכונות לעבודה דינמית ואינטנסיבית תחת לחץ, תודעת שרות גבוהה, יכולת עבודה עצמאית וכחלק מצוות, אסרטיביות גבוהה.
