To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Consultant – IT Learning Operations & Training Coordination located in Chennai location.
This Learning Operations & Training Coordination will play a dual role in instructional design execution and end to end training operations, while acting as a generalist IT operations support partner to IT leadership. This role requires close collaboration with IT management, stakeholders, and learning teams to support eLearning development, training delivery, reporting, and operational governance.
The role demands a hands on professional with strong organizational skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, capable of supporting IT leadership across operational, reporting, and coordination activities.

What a typical day looks like:
Instructional Design & eLearning Delivery
Support the design, development, and maintenance of eLearning modules (web‑based, video‑based, and blended learning formats).
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather inputs, validate content, and ensure alignment with IT and business requirements.
Review instructional content for quality, consistency, and adherence to learning standards.
Support the creation of storyboards, learning assets, job aids, and reference materials.
Training Coordination & Learning Operations
Plan, schedule, and coordinate IT training programs, including instructor‑led sessions, virtual trainings, and self‑paced learning.
Manage training calendars, participant communications, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.
Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.
Maintain accurate training records, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
IT Operations & Management Support (Generalist Role)
Act as a generalist across IT operations, supporting leadership with coordination, reporting, and operational activities.
Prepare management presentations, reports, dashboards, and trackers for leadership reviews and governance forums.
Support IT leadership with data analysis, follow‑ups, action tracking, and cross‑team coordination.
Assist in process documentation, SOP creation, and operational improvements across IT functions.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Work closely with IT management teams to understand priorities and provide operational support.
Serve as a point of contact for learning‑related and operational queries.
Support alignment across global and regional IT stakeholders as required.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in related fields
Experience
5–8 years of overall experience, with hands‑on exposure to:
Instructional Design / eLearning development
Training coordination and learning operations
IT operations or IT program support
Prior experience working closely with management teams is essential.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong working knowledge of Instructional Design principles and learning delivery models.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) – advanced usage expected.
Experience in preparing executive‑ready decks, trackers, and operational reports.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning tools is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced IT environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to IT environments, digital transformation programs, or enterprise learning initiatives.
Experience supporting global or regional IT teams.
Certification or formal training in Instructional Design or Learning & Development is a plus.
