Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an [Customer Quality Engineer] located in [Shanghai WGQ].

What a typical day looks like:

  • Handle customer complaints, respond promptly to customer 8D reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Confirm customer returns, determine the status of returns, and verify compliance with return feedback.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to investigate and analysis the causes of faults.
  • Organize and respond to customer returns and complaints.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analysis results, and implement improvements.
  • Regularly communicate with customers regarding quality issues and submit relevant quality summary reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product quality and internal quality audits.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive measures to confirm their effectiveness.
  • Monthly statistics and summaries of quality issues, identifying key issues for analysis, and driving quality improvements.
  • Coordinate with company-assigned on-site or third-party companies to address client-side quality issues.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering. 
  • Familiar with quality management tools and relevant quality systems, such as ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO13485. Internal auditor certification is preferred. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management. With experience in medical device or automotive parts quality management is preferred. 
  • Excellent execution skills and strong cross-departmental communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in customer relationship management.
