Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the PM, Customer Service Representative role involves in charge of communicating with customers and deal with customers inquiries.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Attending daily floor meetings.
  • Ensuring that shipments have all the information physically before taking them to FG.
  • Ensuring the correct physical movement and loading of shipping material.
  • Creating a daily production and shipping plan in conjunction with planning and production (production floor) to ensure compliance with the demand required by the client based on the production line capacities.
  •  Demand agreement with the client based on the site capacities; for this, she needs to know the site capacities as well as stay updated regarding any issues that may arise in the production areas of the site.
  • Daily interaction with the CFT to achieve account objectives. Following up on RMAs/CMAs when required, from arrival, processing, and shipping, as well as validating physically the conditions in which they arrive and leave the plant.
  • Documenting shipping processes.
  • Taking evidence of shipments (photos). FG physical inventory and validate according to the system.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Advance English
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Excel Management.
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to help several managers, multi-task efficiently and work as a team member.
  • Ability to be flexible to changes in work priorities.
  • Required to be a self-starter with strong organization and planning skills.
  • Use of the following tools will be required: Office Skills: typing, telephones, office software to include, advanced word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package skills.
