To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business System Analyst (EDI Support Analysts) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Business System Analyst (EDI Support Analysts) will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus. Will be responsible for providing technical, administrative and implementations support for one or more Integration Services applications. Always align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus is on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation and setup of the application/s are other core responsibilities for this role.
What a typical day looks like:
- Primary owner for delivering end-to-end working B2B solutions as required by project.
- Coordinate deliverables between operations, development, architecture, and support teams.
- Should write architecture design documents for every project.
- Translates business requirements into technical requirements that can be understood by development and implemented in Web Methods.
- Writes technical mapping specifications for development team.
- Performs unit testing and integration testing to ensure code is conforming to required specifications.
- Be a technical expert on the web Methods application platform.
- Works with operations team to ensure the availability of web Methods environments (Dev, QA and Prod).
- Writes support documentation for every project and trains L1 and L2 support on the implemented solution.
- Provides L3 support for the projects implemented.
- Clarify issues/questions arising out of solutions delivered with the development team.
- Follows all set Integration Services processes and procedures.
- Any other responsibilities as identified by the delivery manager from time to time.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in Software, systems or related.
- Experience EDI Support Analysts
- Experience in B2B integrations
- Advanced English.
- Migrations between systems.
- Desirable experience as technical project lead for integration projects.
- Desirable, some Knowledge of EDIFACT/X12/RosettaNet/web services standards.
- Desirable some knowledge of DTD' and/or XSD schemas etc.
- Desirable knowledge of integrations from Baan EDI module using conversion setups. (Or other ERP).
- Desirable Project management knowledge.
- Desirable API knowledge.
