To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Assistant Manager located in Prai, Penang.

Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
• Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
• Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
• Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires demonstrated leadership skills and 8 years of related experience.
