Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Global Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North Site.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Program Management this role will be responsible for leading and coordinating programs and projects of medium to high complexity, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, governance, communication, and organizational effectiveness. This role acts as a connector and enabler across functions, ensuring alignment, timely escalation, consistent execution, and clear visibility for leadership.
What a typical day looks like:
- Act as a primary program interface across multiple stakeholders, building strong working relationships with Project Managers, functional teams, and leadership.
- Spend significant time engaging, aligning, and guiding stakeholders, ensuring clarity on expectations, processes, timelines, and governance requirements.
- Drive program and project execution through structured coordination, prioritization, and follow‑up, ensuring commitments are tracked and delivered on time.
- Lead regular program and leadership meetings, including agenda definition, facilitation, action tracking, financial highlights, and timely escalation of risks or issues.
- Serve as a coach and educator, reinforcing standard processes, best practices, and governance requirements across the organization.
- Identify gaps in understanding or execution and proactively provide guidance, training, and clarification to project teams.
- Ensure strong organizational discipline, including documentation, action logs, decision tracking, financial assumptions, and consistent use of tools and templates.
- Perform metrics and performance reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting views that provide integrated program, metric, and financial visibility to support decision‑making.
- Drive system, dashboard, and reporting enhancements, working with stakeholders to improve usability, data quality, and efficiency.
- Support audits and governance reviews, leveraging deep process knowledge to assess compliance, financial completeness, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain step‑by‑step guides, standard work, and playbooks to support consistent execution and onboarding across teams.
- Proactively escalate risks, misalignments, or delays, ensuring leadership visibility and timely resolution.
- Support larger programs or portfolios as needed, contributing to overall execution rhythm, governance maturity, and financial discipline.
- Provide guidance to Program Managers, reinforcing accountability, follow‑up, and structured execution.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in project or program management, preferably in a cross‑functional or matrixed environment.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading meetings with senior and executive management.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and executive‑ready presentations.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up discipline, ensuring actions, risks, and decisions are clearly tracked and closed.
- Solid data and metrics orientation, with experience reviewing, interpreting, and presenting performance indicators.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros) and Smartsheets; experience building dashboards, trackers, and automated tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive dashboard, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Deep understanding of processes and governance, enabling effective audits, reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams is strongly preferred.
