To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an HR Advisor located in Austin, TX.
Reporting to the Sr VP, Human Resources the HR Advisor role will be responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data. Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers and HRBP´s regarding HR matters.
What a typical day looks like:
- Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Owners of key HR data.
- Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
- Performs and supports HR Core services in and out HR systems; like salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations, global mobility, HR help desk, HR portal, time and attendance, HRBP, HRIS support, HR system maintenance and other functional areas such as talent acquisition, compliance and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers.
- Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with other departments and sites, etc.
- Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes. Following and automated end to end ticketing system (Got it).
- Drives for continuous improvement and motivates employees' engagement.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource
- Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of Human Resources or related experience
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex's functional standards.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions
