Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Advisor in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are adhered daily for all the below LTP (L&T) Processes
  • End to End Time & Attendance support for the Business segments in India
  • Attendance correction, Leave Management, Shift Management, Over time management for the employees
  • Weekly / Monthly Attendance Freeze in Time & Attendance HR system
  • To Generate Monthly Attendance based inputs and share the details to Payroll SPOC
  • Handling Employee queries and calls related to Time & Attendance.
  • Monthly Metrics Preparation
  • Yearly Holiday and Shift Schedule update
  • Making sure all the LTP related SNC (Got-it) cases are addressed with utmost care and responsibility and ensure to deliver resolution on a timely manner as per the set SLAs
  • Making sure SOPs and SLAs maintained are compliant as per QMS standards
  • Should be open for any shifts
  • HR Operations
  • Payroll
  • HR Compliance
  • Employee engagement and Stakeholder management
