To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Industrial Engineering Manager located in Juarez South Campus.

Reporting to the Director Business Excellence, the Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for Optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production quality. This role generally requires a strong background in engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of Lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.. Will also be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. The Sr IE will adopt as its goals profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and the continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles.

What a typical day looks like:

• Implemented Lean methodologies, reducing production waste and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Conducted Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Led Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement, resulting in cost savings
• Performed root cause analysis on production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Trained and mentored teams on Lean principles, improving engagement and collaboration.
• Managed cross-functional projects to drive process standardization and increase productivity.
• Utilized statistical tools to monitor and improve process capability and control.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
• English 75% or higher
• Experience in lean
• Experience in similar roles
• Experience in manufacturing industry (preferable)
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Process optimization.
• Layout of the workcell.
• 5S housekeeping techniques.
• Develop/Sustain/Improve all assembly processes.
• Time study analysis.
•  Own and drive yield improvement programs.
• Box build quote and products.
• Systems support (e.g. SAP, MES, IEDB…)
• Should be able to be SME or support other IE's in one or more of the IE SME categories like:
• Work Measurement
• Systems and Metrics
• Ergonomics / Workstation and line design
• Capacity Sizing
• PFMEA, DFA
• Fixtures and Tools
• Simulation
• Quoting
• Warehousing
