We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Investor & Public Relations Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the company's investment narrative to the financial community. The ideal candidate will bring buy-side experience, a deep understanding of capital markets, and exceptional writing and communication skills.
What a typical day looks like:- Investor Communication: Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including earnings scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor-friendly messaging.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies.
- Strategic Messaging: Help craft and refine the company's long-term equity story and investment thesis.
What we're looking to add to our team:
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance. Buy-side experience strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IR tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight).
