To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Java Web Application Developer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Information Technology Sr. Manager the Java Web Application Developer role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining in-house financial applications.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and develop user-friendly web applications for financial services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and Java-based frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work hand in hand with database administrator to fine-tune database performance to optimize the performance of database and application.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong experience in Java and Java web development.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Knowledge of databases, with a preference for AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
