To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Jr Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Business Systems Analyst the Jr Business Systems Analyst role oversee exploring complex business problems to solve them designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.
What a typical day looks like:
- Act as first point of contact between the customer and IT.
- Record occurrences and resolutions of first level support incidents.
- Implementation and register of temporary solutions to failures in IT services.
- Manage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.
- Physical and technical support form of the main elements of the IT services.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with tickets.
- SQL knowledge.
- Software and Hardware support.
- Operating systems. (Windows server)
- English intermediate.
- Schedule availability
- Programming language knowledge such as Python, .NET, C#, or another.
