To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Material Planning Analyst role involves In charge of maintaining materials/purchasing data, supplying data and information to other production departments, coordinating contracts, maintaining Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and creating and maintaining outsourced parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in auditing and summarizing data, preparing reports, and creating visuals.
• Collects and compiles data from multiple sources, including customer reports and metrics.
• Resolves data integrity issues and identifies potential metric-related issues.
• Tracks materials' financial performance and takes corrective actions when needed.
• Manages RMA transactions, purchase orders, and client material supply.
• Updates content list, and item master, and prepares DPT packing list.
• Supports inventory control, supply chain management, and pricing research.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Experience in materials or related fields.
• Knowledge in Baan
• Advance Excel experience
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations
• Relationship-building and management skills are also a plus
• Nice to have Enclosure experience
