To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, the Material Planning Analyst role involves managing and planning customer demand, data analysis to support multiple areas within the materials function to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.

What a typical day looks like:

• Track the materials team's performance through diverse reports.
• Elaborate and present a “clear to build” analysis to the customer.
• Work closely with program management and materials management areas.
• Release the MRP execution to purchasing every week.
• Upload data to the MRP system: following the materials and program management guidelines, considering the customer's demand information.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to improve material arrivals.
• Awareness and tracking of lead times.
• Analyze and authorize ECOs (engineering change orders) to the Product Engineering team.
• Excess and obsolete analysis and implement corrective actions when required.
• Inventory data projection.
• May assist in the preparation of management recommendations based on the research of data.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Sr Experience in a similar position.
• Strong MRP Knowledge.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Excel.
• Schedule availability.
• Strong Experience in efficient control.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Databases such as Kinaxis is a plus.
