Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a PCBA Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to Operations Engineering Manager, PCBA Process Engineer roles involves working on PCBAs activities related with the SMT and PTH process.

What a typical day looks like:

• Process Improvement
• Establish manufacturing process
• Manufacturing Line qualification
• Evaluate process for manufacturing
• Implement robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
• Following to increase the yield and implement process improvement to reduce the scrap
• Implement Engineering Changes requested by customer

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Read and interpret Technical specifications
• Experience in APQP or process validation (Medical Industry)
• Core tools
• Knowledge of pFMEA and process validation
• SMT Process, Stencil Design, Reflow Oven understanding
• Experience in SMT process
• Experience in PTH process
• Fluent English Level
• Robot programming process development
