To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a PCBA Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, the PCBA Process Engineer will support manufacturing process development and continuous improvement activities focused on quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers looking to develop their skills in electronics manufacturing and process engineering.

What a typical day looks like:

* Support manufacturing processes, technologies, and production activities related to PCBA manufacturing.

* Assist in defining, implementing, and evaluating manufacturing processes for product manufacturability.

* Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing process issues.

* Support daily production activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Assist with the implementation and validation of new equipment and processes.

* Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and process documentation updates.

* Establish and maintain process parameters and process controls.

* Participate in cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and productivity initiatives.

* Review and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.

* Evaluate engineering materials and technical specifications.

* Collaborate with production teams during new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers.

* Support training activities for production personnel when required.

* Assist with equipment maintenance and process-related corrective actions.

* Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, electronics manufacturing, internships, or professional practices.

* Basic knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes.

* Familiarity with reflow ovens and wave soldering processes.

* Basic understanding of soldering techniques and solder joint quality requirements.

* Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs).

* Experience reviewing technical datasheets and engineering documentation.

* Understanding of Clean and No-Clean manufacturing processes.

* Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus.

* Experience or exposure to NPI and Mass Production environments is a plus.

* Knowledge of process control and corrective action systems.

* Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation concepts is a plus.

* Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* IATF 16949 knowledge is a plus.

* PPAP process knowledge is a plus.

* English proficiency is desirable.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

* Eagerness to learn and develop within an electronics manufacturing environment.
