Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Planner Scheduler role is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product.This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports,
- May create and maintain databases in support of data collection.
- Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
- May support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.
- Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
- Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
- Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.
- Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.
- Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in materials, planning, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Intermediate English.
- BAAN or Agile systems is a plus.
- BOM's Materials.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Schedule availability.
