To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process analyst located in Guadalajara North
Reporting to the Process Engineer the Process analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for assembly operations.
- Design and implement fixtures, jigs, gauges, and control devices.
- Define and manage critical process parameters and CTQs (Critical to Quality).
- Create and maintain process documentation (Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, work instructions).
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and APQP activities.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Engineering).
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Required
- Experience with:
- Process Flow Diagrams and PFMEA
- Assembly process development
- Smart torque tools / fastening processes
- Critical process variables and parameters
- Fixture, jigs, and gauges design
- Knowledge in:
- SolidWorks (or similar CAD software)
- Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) definition and control
Preferred
- NX CAD software
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- DWG standards (American / European)
- Clean room and fiber optics handling (if applicable)
- Industry standards: ASTM / ANSI / AWS
