To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Production Supervisor is responsible for leads multiple production lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and quality compliance and driving performance aligned with customer requirements in an electronics manufacturing environment, particularly focused on AI server production.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead the production of several processes/lines, ensuring overall operational success.
• Evaluate plant operating performance regularly and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and lead a team of professionals ( operators) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness goals.
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational issues, providing effective solutions and coaching operators to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and evaluating ideas for plant optimization and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Provide technical and operational support to project teams.
• Act as liaison between production and maintenance teams when needed.
• Train, coach, and develop junior operators.
• Prioritize production schedules based on new product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
• Participate in process development and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support budget planning and departmental expense management.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Guarantee adherence to manufacturing standards.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree as an engineer or afield.
• Basic English level (B1 is a plus).
• Experience as a Supervisor in manufacturing environments (electronics, automotive preferred).
• Experience leading teams.
• Background in integration, testing, and assembly processes is highly preferred.
• Experience in customer interaction.
• Knowledge of RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes.
• Experience in work order follow-up.
• Proficiency in Office Package and ERP systems.
• Availability to work evening or night shifts.
