Las actividades principales:
1-Auditor de Inventario físico en todos los proyectos.
2-Auditor del Inventario de Assets.
3-Auditar y conciliar los gastos del P&L.
4- Revisar los procesos en piso, para identificar mejoras que incrementen el COP de las cuentas.
5.Acudir todos los días a las juntas de CFT en piso como representante de Finanzas.
6-Revisar el proceso de las WO y evitar el aging.
