Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an IT Intern located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager the  IT Professional role will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them. You will also be Responsible for providing technical administrative and implementations support for one or more applications. Ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently at all times. Aligning the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus is on the stability of the systems, Desktop support, installation and setup of the application/s are other core responsibilities for this role.

What a typical day looks like:

• MES systems first level support
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Ticket resolution according flex systems.
• Software installations.
• W11 installations and migrations
• Monitoring and inventory control of new equipment
• Installations and configuration of computers, Zebra Printers etc.
• Tool management for remote user support.
• Submit and follow up on equipment and system guarantees with supplier.
• Zebra printers support
• Applications development
• Networks first level support
• Desktop support
• MES / ERP interfaces support.

Stored procedures development

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English
• Typically requires a Bachelor
• Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
