Job Summary

The Program Administrator will be based in Zhuhai.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Assist program manager from New Project Introduction until mass production and ensuring the Project KPI reporting is kept up to date and reflects accurately the state of the project
  • New customer account setup
  • Follow up NPI schedule (including tooling, fixture, special build...) and work with CFT team to lead on the use of development processes, good engineering practice and discipline to deliver a fully resolved solution
  • Push engineering team to complete BOM/OI/II, complete PPAP & qualify product/process
  • Review Customer demand/CTB and work with material planner to raise special request for purchasing during NPI stage
  • Work with purchasing & customs & logistic team to complete e-book & maintain FCCP
  • Manage Customer PO, apply budget, raise MISC SO, update PO& budget tracker weekly
  • Update shipping plan & follow up shipment
  • Assist manager to follow up APQP              
  • Assist FOL preparation & corporate with Finance for regular account checking
  • Others assigned by manager

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree
  • No less than 3 /5 years of program management or customer service experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
  • Fluent oral & writing English is required to communicate with internal & external.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures
  • PMP preferred and outstanding project management capabilities and in-depth knowledge of fundamental PM principles
