We are looking for new colleague in our team in Tab for Quality Engineer position.
Quality Engineer
What a typical day looks like:
- Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
- Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability
- Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data
- Consolidates and reports quality results
- Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion
- Assists with development and implementation of quality audits
- In charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products
- Approves product, process and equipment qualifications
- Provides liaison to various regulatory bodies
- Participate on MRB meetings
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- The role is open to Fresh Graduate Engineers!
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Communication level of English in written / verbal
- Good communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of: Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, Flowchart, FMEA, Control Plan
- Advantage but not must: 6Sigma Green / Black Belt, Lean knowledge, Minitab knowledge,
- Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics
- Inspection: microscope, measuring tools
- Office skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package
- Demonstrates operations and technical skills, working knowledge of functional concepts
- Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills
- Typically requires skill and troubleshooting, diagnostics, and overview of the entire process and the ability to train others
