To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator's role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and providing administrative support related to talent acquisition.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Posts and updates job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
  • Schedules phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates for hiring managers
  • Drafts and extends offer letters for candidates
  • Initiates pre-employment screenings as needed
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Assists with new hire orientation and new hire paperwork, as needed
  • Attends, participates, and coordinates job fairs and recruiting events
  • Provides staffing updates to hiring managers including status of open positions and candidates within the hiring process
  • Performs other duties as assigned

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year minimum experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software familiarity (or the ability to quickly learn recruitment systems)
