Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Specialist - Technical Training position will be based in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions covering basic to intermediate supply chain concepts.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, including presentations, quizzes, hands-on exercises, and user manuals.
• Skill Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback, adapting training methods to address knowledge gaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to ensure training aligns with current company policies and industry best practices.
• Domain Knowledge:
  • Basic: Supply chain fundamentals, procurement lifecycles, and basic warehouse/inventory management.
  • Intermediate: Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, basic S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), logistics coordination, and supply chain metrics (KPIs).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex operational concepts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel) and experience with ERP/Supply Chain Management software.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Certifications: Professional certifications desirable, not mandatory
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain etc
• Experience: [1–3] years of experience in supply chain operations, with a proven track record in training, coaching, or instructional delivery.
• Tools: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
