As Head of School, you'll lead a campus that inspires, empowers, and builds a thriving community where learning is truly customized for every student. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. 

What You'll Do:

• Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration.
• Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth. 
• Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events. 
• Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture. 

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher preferred. 
• 3–5 years of successful school leadership experience.
• Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance. 
• Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams.
• Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development.
• Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
