Position Summary:

 

Fusion Education Group is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and regional leaders across multiple districts to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers, district leaders, and regional leadership teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple regions and campuses.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct phone and Zoom interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with Fusion's mission and culture.
  • Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Participate in recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and other talent acquisition events.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location, high-growth, or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent requisitions while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Experience recruiting for sales positions, preferred.
  • Ability to identify, attract, and engage passive talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities.
  • High sense of urgency and accountability with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology; experience with iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
