Summary: This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division and creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs. Working on cross functional teams to address the divisions issues. In this role, you will be producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools as well as performing research and assisting in analyzing data related to the division's strategic initiatives and broader research needs. Interfacing between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools to be leveraged in building analysis and reports which are actionable within the business environment and continuously gaining a deeper understanding of the division's data to meet business needs. Analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers, while identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree OR 2 years' experience in data analysis and information reporting data.

  • Build knowledge of division, business processes and customers.

  • Assist in solving a range of problems.

  • Assist with possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.

  • Assist in producing data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.

  • Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights with guidance. 

  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

  • Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year experience in data analysis and reporting - HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • Experience importing and manipulating data sets from multiple sources/environments - HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • Experience in health care analytics and working with large data sets, especially in the provider space.

  • Health Care, Managed Care, or Health Care Consulting experience.

  • Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office software products.

  • Demonstrated flexibility to take on multiple projects.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,100.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
