This role is responsible for consolidating, interoperating, and summarizing data across various platforms to deliver a consultative presentation to our largest customers on data trends, product impact, strategic recommendations, potential impact of available solutions, etc. The role requires an understanding of client strategy, strong relationship-building with internal business partners and external clients, analytical-thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.-This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three (3) days in-office visibility per week in a posted HCSC office on an ongoing basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors' Degree and five (5) years' experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including one (1) year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy

-Seven (7) years' experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including one (1) year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy.
-Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
-Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
-Takes initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside /in perspective to identify innovative solutions
-Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
-May lead functional teams or projects.
