Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit quotations as assigned
- Maintain quotation files and record product quotation data in required spreadsheets or databases
- Perform general administrative tasks to include filing and general data entry in spreadsheets, word documents, and databases as required
- Maintain records for all quotations assigned in Box
- Provide assistance by phone and email to include both sales representatives and customers
- Enter all orders as assigned into SAP
- Resolve order issues (e.g., late orders, wrong product sent, etc.).
- Interface daily with internal partners to include Accounting, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and multiple Operations functions.
- Attend sales meetings, customer, and product training programs as deemed appropriate
- Other administrative tasks relating to the sales process, as required
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:
- Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred or work equivalent
- Government sales and Federal contracting experience a plus
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Must be able to practice confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as Federal Express and UPS
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a varied schedule, willing to work overtime when necessary
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, employees and managers at all levels within the company
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience in computer based timekeeping systems preferred
