Description

Full-time Personnel Specialists enjoy the following:

  • Monday through Friday work week
  • In-Office hours of 8-5 every day
As a growing company, this position offers room for growth and a hand in companywide creations. Personnel Specialists both recruit and interview candidates to fill various positions at the corporate level, providing a critical role in company-wide success. Candidates will enjoy a fast-paced environment working with cross functional teams. Interested candidates need to be able to organize and prioritize a large volume of incoming correspondence as well as maintain information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion, including internal guidelines, policies, and various federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess and understand position needs
  • Vet qualified candidates for Hiring Managers
  • Search internet platforms, both internal and external, to match jobs to individual skill sets
  • Facilitate assessments for potential candidates
  • Manage, schedule, and execute in-person assessments with potential candidates
  • Attend multiple Job Fairs

  • Strong interpersonal skills to evaluate potential candidate value
  • Problem solver
  • Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:

Education & Experience
  • Combination of 2 + years' work experience or education in related field
