Full-time Hobby Lobby Executive Assistants enjoy:
- Starting wage of $19.50 an hour, negotiable based on experience
- Monday through Friday work week
- In-Office hours of 8-5 every day

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Buying Resources Team
- Order office supplies
- Assist in special projects
- Organize meetings: scheduling, sending reminders, catering when needed
- Oversee department Help Desk
- Interact with various departments
- Preparation and distribution of executive reports
- Process documentation
- Manage a multi-line phone system
- Weekly Payroll Processing
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements
- Assist with passport and travel Visas for employees traveling internationally
- Execute other administrative duties
Requirements
- Love working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
- A master multi-tasker with an upbeat attitude
- Possess a genuine desire to meet the needs of others, being empathetic and patient
- Can follow established filing methods, such as content, purpose, user criteria, chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order for physical and electronic filing
- Actively listen and respond to needs quickly, using problem-solving skills
- Understand the importance of deadlines but can pivot quickly
- Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:
- Microsoft Excel abilities matching the description found at the Excel Website
- Microsoft Word experience mirroring the description at the Word Website
- Microsoft Outlook skillset in keeping with the description at the Outlook Website
- Able to use office equipment such as printer/copier/scanning machines and multi-line phones
- Math Skills
- Understand the basic math functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Must have an accurate and minimum data entry speed of 17 words per minute
- Clearly expresses thoughts in written and spoken form.
- Combination of 2 + years' work experience or education in related field
