Description

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of our projects and proposals. This position supports the design and production of environmental graphics, branded experiences, and marketing collateral across a variety of project types and media. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for storytelling through design.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Create compelling visual materials for both print and digital platforms, including presentations, proposals, infographics, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with architects, planners, and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. Manage multiple projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Provide hands-on production support and project coordination, including vendor communication and print supervision. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation. Participate in meetings and contribute to visual strategy and storytelling. Take personal responsibility for fostering a sustainable workplace through environmentally responsible design practices. Design high-quality magazine style print proposals for design projects. Create custom print collateral including full coordination with external printer.  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field required 5 - 10 years of experience in environmental graphic design or related design discipline   SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with tools like SketchUp, After Effects, HTML, or Premiere Pro is a plus. Strong conceptual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot creatively, and adapt to evolving project needs. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with design trends and technologies. OTHER: Travel may be required. Overtime may be required.
