Step into a collaborative design environment where creativity is nurtured and learning is part of every day. In this role, you'll contribute to interior design projects from the ground up—supporting various phases alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team. With clear guidance and meaningful mentorship, you'll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your design skills, and play an active role in bringing inspiring spaces to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Modifies and prepares production drawings during design development phase.
- Corrects and updates design documents.
- Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
- Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
- May mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff.
- Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
- Builds models for client/project team review.
- Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
- Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
- Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent.
- 3 years' experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required.
- LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.
OTHER:
- Some overtime may be required.
- Some travel may be required.
