Holyoke Medical Center is in need of a Lead Technician.# This position will be required to provide safe and effective care and technical assistance to patients in the department under the direction of a registered nurse or physician consistent with the hospital#s mission statement, policies and procedures and based on the standards of patient care. In conjunction with the nurse director and inpatient clinical coordinator, this role coordinates the processes associated with the clinical duties of inpatient settings CNA and CMT role.## This position will coordinate and participate orientation of new CNAs and CMTs and participate in ongoing development and education of these positions.# This position will also coordinate the materials management-related processes in the departmental setting. # Requirement: Education:# HS Graduate, GED Certification:# BLS/CPR, Certified Nursing Assistant, Dysrhythmia Certification Experience:# At least one year experience as CNA, CMT or Technician in a hospital setting
