Position Summary:# The successful candidate will provide high quality, patient-centered comprehensive pharmaceutical care.# As part of the Pharmacy Services team, you will provide pharmaceutical care in collaboration with other health-care professionals.# The pharmacy operates using a hybrid model with some decentralized services.# This position reports directly to the Pharmacy Clinical Manager and practices under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy.# Required Qualifications:# The candidate must have a PharmD degree and a current unencumbered license to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts.# Candidates that have been practicing pharmacy outside a hospital environment for more than five years must demonstrate knowledge/experience in the management of hospitalized patients beyond APPE rotations in pharmacy school.# Preferred Qualifications:# Candidates having PGY-1 pharmacy residency and/or#board certification will receive priority review and consideration. Shift:##This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts.
