Position Overview: ID Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will collaborate with legal team members, insurance adjusters, and outside counsel. The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the legal and risk departments, including litigation, insurance programs, claims management, and handling large volumes of legal documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and a keen awareness of deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote Work Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM Travel Specifics: 10% travel within the USA Competitive Total Rewards Package: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus a performance-based bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities: * Works closely with corporate counsel and legal team to manage insurance claims (i.e. workers compensation, EEOC, etc.) and related litigation documents, such as claim reporting, litigation holds, letters/correspondence, document gathering, settlement agreements, and discovery to be reviewed by attorney * Manage a litigation claim software program and support legal team with contract management system, as needed * Checks and edits legal forms and documents for accuracy * Coordinate with 3rd party brokers in managing insurance programs (new placements/claims etc.) * Partners with internal teams and corporate counsel to complete audit requests from insurance carriers Be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree is required. * 3+ years of working experience in litigation and claims management. * Strong knowledge of insurance programs, including claims handling. * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.
