Description
* Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely. * Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance. * Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process. * Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can’t be self-corrected to the leadership team. * Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. * Other duties as assigned. Hours: Days -Monday to Thursday 7am-5:30pm Nights-Monday to Thursday 7pm-5:30am Weekend Days- Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7am-7pm Weekend Nights-Friday, Saturday, Sunday- 7pm-7am Salary: $21.50 per hour with shift differential for nights and weekends * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments. * Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.). * Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
