We are seeking a general orthopedic surgeon, interested in providing high quality orthopedic care to the patients in a smaller rural setting. This position is located in NY and is scheduled to work 7-10 days per month. Physicians ideally located in Buffalo, Syracuse or NYC area.
Summary:
- 7-10 days of call coverage, clinic and surgery time
- Bread and butter general orthopedic surgery practice- to include comfort with ground level fall and basic orthopedic call injuries
- Preference for physician with general practice
- Will have scheduled clinic time as well as 24/7 call coverage between two hospitals (close proximity) during 7-10 day shift
- Competitive daily rate with uncapped wRVU bonus
- Travel expenses paid and coordinated by inReach
- Preference for active NY license in good standing
- Board certified
- Minimum of 5 years post training experience
- Will work closely with subspecialist to round out a well established multi specialty orthopedic group
- Excellent compensation
