Location: Multi-site, Multi-state (travel required)

Position Overview:

Responsible for the strategic oversight, innovation, and compliance of resident engagement programs in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Ensures adherence to state and federal regulations, supports implementation of the SHINE memory care program, and leads training, quality assurance, and program development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement resident engagement standards and programs
• Provide training, compliance oversight, and support for surveys and audits
• Monitor quality assurance and safety metrics
• Conduct site visits, analyze incidents, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with care teams, marketing, and leadership to enhance services and grow census

Supervisory Duties:

• Guide and support community programming directors and executive directors
• Assist with hiring and training of engagement staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social services, psychology, sociology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Memory Care and 3 years in senior living management
• Multi-facility, multi-state experience required
• Current certifications as applicable
