**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive experience through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure that all rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Change bedding, make beds, and replenish linens and towels as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, paying particular attention to high-touch areas.
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors; ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.
- Adhere to the schedule and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with guests.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
