Your impact 

As part of the Government Solutions business unit, you will lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, opening profitable markets and ensuring reliable global communications. You will maintain compliance with Intelsat standards and requirements throughout the product management lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for Government Solutions product offerings, aligning with the company's broader business objectives.
• Be the champion and voice of customers. Understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product design and features.
• Build impactful relationships with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement.
• Develop products' roadmaps. Collaborate with engineering and other cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products, fast.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform future product decisions and improvements.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate success, using data to identify new opportunities.
• Work with the supply chain on demand planning, specifically as it relates to obsolescence and product replacement.
• Create lean business cases for all new Systems/Products/Epics including estimation and verification of the Return on investment.
• Support the Operations team in defining maintenance tools to support reliability and quality goals.
• Act as a liaison, both internally and externally, to support the development and management of key initiatives.

 Your required experience/skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in product management
• Experience developing and managing end-to-end product realization from concept to release that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

• Agile/SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
