What are we looking for?

The Foreman must have a complete knowledge of construction methods necessary to erect mock-ups in accordance with approved details. He/she must be able to coordinate and schedule available personnel and materials to ensure that construction is accurately and timely completed.  

Shift/Schedule: 06:45 to 15:15 Mon - Fri

What you'll do:

• Follow and enforce all safety requirements and company policies.
• Supervise and work with subordinates to accomplish test schedule and satisfy customers' requests.
• Train subordinates in their job responsibilities.
• Obtain and inventory all expendable materials associated with areas of responsibility.
• Obtain job specific required materials including the completion of purchase orders. 
• Expected to travel based on the needs of the business.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School or GED  
• Steel construction and demolition, welding, torching, work at heights
• Welding certification a plus
• Occasional travel may be necessary
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record is required
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly through shift if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's  Degree
• 6+years steel construction experience
• Supervisory Experience preferred
• Crane Operator's License, Welding Certificate
