What We're Looking For:
- Must have 1 of the below:
- Associate's degree in applicable field of study OR
- 48 hours of college credits from an accredited college or university OR
- Praxis certification
- School-based experience preferred
- Professionalism and appropriate boundaries with students
- Strong communication skills with students and staff
- Ability to establish clear, consistent expectations while building positive student relationships
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to support structured classroom operations
- Comfort working in a secure, team-oriented educational environment
