Job Details
• Blackout dates: 2 weeks preceding Christmas and ending after New Year's Day.
• It is also expected to work 2 of the 3 holidays.
• If they are off on Christmas Day then they are expected to work Christmas Eve.
• Auto-Offer Parameters: Any requests outside of the below has to be sent to Manager for approval.
• Requested time off – Approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor.
• Anything more, will have to be reviewed and approved by manager.
• Candidates must make up approved time off at the back of the assignment.
• Holidays require manager approval.
• HWS will advise and require candidates to work 2 out of the 3 holidays.
• Duration of assignment – Approval to offer 13-18 week assignments.

Schedule Information
• Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every 3rd weekend; 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays in a 6 week period
• Call Requirements: None

• Number of Beds: 21
• Patient Ratios: 5 - 6:1
• Equipment: Telemetry, IV Pumps, SCDs, Alaris Pumps, Lift equipment
• EMR: Cerner
