Are you a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor looking to make a real difference? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our team in East Orange, NJ!

What We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA licensure
- Special Education or Behavioral experience
- Experience implementing BIPs and conducting FBAs required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral support services in the classroom including assisting with functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral support plans, developing data collection methods, and supervising direct service providers.
- Providing instruction on IEP goals
- Deliver professional development (as needed)
