The Stepping Stones Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2025-2026 school year in the Honolulu, Hawaii metro area. This is a school-based, full-time RBT position working one-on-one with students with behavioral needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

What You'll Do
- Work 1:1 with students with behavioral challenges (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting.
- Collaborate with a BCBA/Case Supervisor to implement Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs).
- Support student growth in communication, social skills, academics, and daily living skills.
- Collect and document behavioral data to track progress toward goals.
- Maintain consistent attendance and professional communication with team and school staff.
- Uphold ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Willingness to support students with mild to severe behavioral need
- Ability to work Monday-Friday between 7:50 AM and 3:30 PM (30 hours/week)
- Experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Experience with Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safety-Care/QBS techniques highly preferred
