The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager - BCBA for a school-based position in Moreno Valley, CA! The Program Manager will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
What You'll Do
- Support the special education behavioral needs through the delivery of behavioral support services, including supporting the implementation of existing FBAs, BIPs, and IEP supports
- Develop data collection methods with fidelity
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, training on ABA strategies, data collection, and implementation of BIPs
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical infrastructure to drive clinical services and produce desired student level and learning community outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences
- Develop safety or crisis intervention plans in collaboration with team

What We're Looking For
- BCBA certificate in good standing with the BACB
- 2+ years' BCBA experience working with adolescent population
- Experience working with students with severe cognitive and behavioral needs required
